Introduction

ViziRecruiter, LLC (“Company” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. We will not, under any circumstances, sell, rent, lease, share or give your personal information to any third party.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit and use ViziRecruiter’s Software as a Service (“Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect:

• Through your use of the Services.
• In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Services.

It does not apply to information collected by:

• Use offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party; or
• Any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or on the Services

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time as provided herein. Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or through the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information through the Services or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including information:

• by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“personal information“);
• that is about you but individually does not identify you; and/or
• about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services and usage details.

We collect this information:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us.
• Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.
• From third parties, for example, our business partners.

Information You Provide to Us.  The information we collect on or through our Services may include:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Services. This includes information provided at the time of utilizing the Services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Services.
• Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
• Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
• Details of transactions you carry out through our Services.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies.  As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including the use of encryption to protect both stored personal data as well as in transmission.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Services.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.

GDPR Compliance

If you’re a user or visitor in the European Economic Area these rights also apply to you. For the purposes of applicable EU data protection law (including the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), we are a ‘data controller’ of your personal information.

The EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) took effect May 25, 2018, and we are fully behind the regulations for a safe and secure internet. We aspire to embrace privacy by design and, whenever possible, to not collect and store personally-identifiable information.

Our Privacy Policy contains mentions of the instances where personally-identifiable information is required. Typically, this will include an email address in order to log in to your ViziRecruiter account, first name, last name, company name and phone number in order to manage your account.

Overall, we aim for privacy by default: if data collection is not integral to the way our product works, then we won’t collect it. As such, you may see few banners or forms requesting consent for us to collect personally-identifiable information for tracking or other purposes. We don’t deem this information necessary to provide ViziRecruiter’s service to you, and we choose not to engage in activities and strategies that make this data relevant.

At any time, you may request your information to be exported and sent to you for review, and we promptly honor any requests by you to have your information deleted and forgotten.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Services home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account and through a notice on the Services home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Services and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
